This policy is effective from 1 OF MARCH, 2024.

ARTICLE 1: ORDER HANDLING AND SHIPPING

Upon receiving your order, we make every effort to promptly ship it to you. Current order processing time : 1-2 business days. Typically, orders placed before noon Central European Time (i.e. Cyprus time) on business days will be shipped the next day. However, please note that exceptional periods of high demand may occasionally affect our ability to meet this timeframe.


Our distribution center operates only from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 12:30. Orders received during weekends or public holidays will be packed and shipped on the next available business day. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and patience regarding this arrangement.


ARTICLE 2: SHIPPING METHODS

To cater to your needs, we offer both standard and express shipping options, depending on the destination of your shipment. Please note that for certain destinations, only the express shipping option is available. This is due to reasons such as the standard shipping option lacking track and trace details or being prone to unreasonable delays and frequent order losses.

Our standard shipping option is facilitated by Cyprus Post , ELTA post and GAP Akis Express ensuring reliable and cost-effective delivery. Meanwhile, our express shipping options are provided by Primewell courier, guaranteeing expedited and secure delivery. Occasionally, we may utilize other shipping providers as necessary to fulfill your orders.

ARTICLE 3: ACCURACY OF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS

To ensure efficient order processing and delivery, we reserve the right to ship orders exclusively to the verified shipping address. It is crucial to provide accurate billing and shipping information when placing an order to prevent any delays in receiving your package.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, delivery will be made to the address specified by you during the ordering process. Please take full responsibility for the accuracy of the delivery address provided to us. Kindly note that we do not ship to mailboxes.

In the event that an order is shipped with an incorrect address, there is a possibility that it may be returned to us. Please be aware that this situation is beyond our control. Once we receive the returned order, we can arrange for reshipment. However, please note that the actual shipping costs for the second shipment will be charged, which may be higher than the reduced shipping costs displayed on our website.

Alternatively, instead of opting for a second shipment, you have the choice to request a refund. In such cases, a deduction of EUR 15 will be made as compensation for shipping fees and handling.

ARTICLE 4: TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Confirmation email containing the necessary tracking details to monitor the progress of your shipment. It is important to regularly check the status of your order for any updates. And it is a customer's responsibility to track and receive their order during the delivery time.

ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING FEES

Cyprus:

  1. Pick Up Point (G.A.P AKIS Express )

Our products are sent via Akis Express Courier all over Cyprus with a shipping cost of 2,50€ 

The delivery time ranges from 1-3 business days, depending on the destination of your parcel.

Akis Express will call you and send you a SMS to your mobile phone when your order is ready for collection.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over 40€* (to Pick-up point).

  • Home delivery 

The delivery time ranges from 1-2 business days, depending on the destination of your parcel.

Our partner courier will call you to arrange a delivery.

We offer FREE HOME DELIVERY for all orders over 75€ *

* (Not valid on big sale days) 

Greece:

  • Pick up (ELTA Hellenic Post)

Our products are sent via CYPRUS POST/ ELTA Hellenic Post (with a tracking number) all over Greece with a shipping cost of 5€.

The delivery time ranges from 7-10 business days, depending on the destination of your parcel.

Typically, the order will remain available for pickup at the local post office for a period of one month. Failure to collect your order within this timeframe will result in its return to us. Kindly note that this aspect is beyond our control.

  • Home delivery 

Delivery cost is 9€

The delivery time ranges from 3-4 business days, depending on the destination of your parcel.

EU delivery:

1.Standard Shipping

Our products are sent via CYPRUS POST with a shipping cost of 5€.

The delivery time is about 7-10 business days, depending on the destination of your parcel.

Please be aware that in certain cases, your order may be delivered to the local post office for pickup. Typically, the order will remain available for pickup at the local post office for a period of one month. Failure to collect your order within this timeframe will result in its return to us. Kindly note that this aspect is beyond our control.

2 Home delivery 

Delivery cost is 9€

The delivery time ranges from 3-4 business days, depending on the destination of your parcel.


International delivery 

For International shipping(out of Europe) we use the EMS courier with a cost of €25.

Please note that shipping fees are subject to potential changes. We will endeavor to communicate any alterations promptly to ensure transparency and accuracy.  


ARTICLE 6: TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES

For shipments to countries outside of the European Union, it is important to note that additional taxes and import duties may apply. These additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, we cannot provide the exact amount of these additional taxes and duties, and we strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. It is essential to familiarize yourself with the regulations regarding the importation of goods into your country before making a purchase.

In the event that you refuse delivery of an order due to unexpected duties and/or taxes, the order will be returned to us. Upon receiving the returned order, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding the actual shipping costs, which include the expenses associated with the return shipment.

Please be aware that for destinations located far away, shipping with EMS express may cost more than 25 euros for one-way shipping.

ARTICLE 7: SHIPPING TIMES

STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES

For shipments within Cyprus, the estimated shipping time is 1 – 3 business days.

Within the European Union/EEA, the estimated shipping time is 5 – 10 business days.

For shipments to other countries, the estimated shipping time is 10 – 15 business days, depending on the destination and subject to customs clearing times.


EXPRESS SHIPPING TIMES

For shipments within Cyprus, the estimated shipping time is 1 – 2 business days.

The estimated shipping time for express shipments to countries within the European Union/EEA is 3 – 4 business days.

Please note that all the aforementioned shipping times are provided as estimates and begin from the moment an order has been shipped. Current order processing time : 1 2 business days.

Hugsy Kid’s Store cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred due to reasonable or unavoidable delivery delays.

It is important to be aware that mail delivery during holiday seasons tends to be busier than usual, which may result in longer shipping times. To ensure timely delivery, we strongly advise placing all holiday orders as early as possible to avoid potential shipping delays.
